Diverse Entrance Examination Systems
In addition to the ordinary admission system based on two-stage selection, and “integrated selection” (for details on integrated selection, see the university’s website. School of Comprehensive Studies, University of Tsukuba:https://scs.tsukuba.ac.jp）for selection outside the school/college framework in the first half of the entrance examination schedule, we have an admission by recommendation exam system based on recommendation by high school principals. Aside from that, we have an entrance examination system for foreign students studying at their own expense, International Baccalaureate special admissions for students with an International Baccalaureate qualification, and a college transfer system primarily for graduates of colleges of technology. We work hard to select new students through diverse approaches meeting social needs.
